- Cypress is the most economical and most often used in Florida. Cypress is native to Florida and we use 1/2" x 4" or 6" pickets and 1" x 4" runners.
- Pressure Treated Pine (PTP) is preferred by some homeowners. PTP has 1"x 6" pickets and 2" x 4" runners.
- Both Cypress and PTP fencing are installed on PTP 4" x 4" posts.
